Tequila-spiked Kombucha Aperitif

Light and refreshing, this tequila-spiked kombucha is perfect for a summer party. I make this with GTS Synergy Mojito flavored Kombucha. It is loaded with healthy probiotics and macai berry and has no added sugars. I add a small amount of hand crafted El Tesoro Anejo Tequila which will mildly stimulate vata. I add lime juice and mint leaves to balance out the flavors. This was a huge success at my last popup dinner in Los Angeles.

Of course, please use your judgement. If you are feeling out of balance, then omit the alcohol completely. I like to make this in the morning or mid-afternoon (without the tequila) when I’m feeling a little sluggish.

Recipe for 20 5-1/2 ounce servings
100 oz (12½ cups) Kombucha
10 oz (1¼ cups) / 296 ml El Tesoro Tequila
20 tablespoon (1¼ cups) Lime juice
1 bunch Mint Leaves

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir.

Do not add ice.

Keep refrigerated.
