Are you struggling to find the right foods that will bring balance to your busy lifestyle? As a holistic private chef, I create customized, farm-to-table menus designed to bring balance and nourishment into your daily life.

My approach is rooted in the belief that food is medicine, meant to be both healing and enjoyable. Meals are freshly prepared with care and intention, sourced from organic, seasonal ingredients.

I work with all clients, from meat eaters to vegans. Menus accommodate allergies and sensitivities, including gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and low-glycemic options. They can also be adapted to support specific health concerns, such as digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, weight management, or mental focus.

Trained in Ayurveda, a holistic system of medicine from India, I understand how food combinations support digestion, energy, and overall balance. While Ayurveda originates in India, its principles apply to any cuisine. My cooking is influenced by Mediterranean, Asian, and Californian styles and typically does not include ghee or curries unless requested.

I have experience cooking for C-suite executives, families of public figures, and as a floating chef at Surya Ayurveda Spa in Los Angeles.

I bring care, discretion, and professionalism into every kitchen I work in, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards and maintaining clear, thoughtful communication throughout our work together.

Rates & Payment

  • $50/hour (daily rates negotiable)
  • Payment is due on the day of service via cash or credit card.
