Your private class begins with a consultation where I evaluate where you are and where you would like to be (i.e., stronger, more flexible, more toned, slimmer, greater mental clarity and focus). From there, I create a routine tailored to your needs and time constraints.
Maybe you want to try a private lesson before you go to a group class, so you know what to expect and don’t feel embarrassed. Or maybe you want to supplement your group classes with some one-on-one attention. Either way, I can help.

I have been practicing traditional systems of yoga since 1995, and continue to study eastern mind/body disciplines (meditation, ayurveda, marma energy balancing, etc.).
