Dine with chef/author Lois Leonhardi and mingle with other health-conscious foodies who believe health is about balance.
This gluten-free, organic, farm-to-table menu uses ayurveda food combining principles. Ayurveda comes from India but the principles apply to any cuisine. Lois will mingle with guests, provide ayurveda tips throughout the evening and answer your questions.
$45 per person includes complimentary aperitif, passed hors d’oeuvres, salad, vegetarian entrée and dessert.

First Course: Escarole and Radicchio Salad with Lemon Parsley-Pumpkin Seed Dressing
Entrée: Lime-Cumin Rainbow Quinoa with Avocado and Chickpeas Salad. Plated with seasonal vegetables (vegan)
Dessert: Lemon Delight. Lemon mousse made with meyer lemons, coconut sugar, organic eggs from pasture-raised chickens and Straus Organic whipping cream
