Dashi Clear Broth with Soba Noodles

Dashi Broth is easy to make and can be stored in the freezer in 2 cup containers, ready to go when you need a quick meal. Here I’ve added buckwheat noodles, steamed carrots, steamed spinach, Wildbrine Red Beet & Cabbage Sauerkraut and shrimp.

This super easy weeknight meal can be made tri-doshic by varying the condiments and you can make it vegan or vegetarian by varying the proteins. Shown here, I used wild caught shrimp, but you could also use organic, pasture raised eggs, organic tofu, chicken, beef or whatever the family members/guests are craving.
