Dine with chef/author Lois Leonhardi and mingle with other health-conscious foodies who believe health is about balance.

This gluten-free, organic, farm-to-table menu uses ayurveda food combining principles. Ayurveda comes from India but the principles apply to any cuisine. Lois will mingle with guests, provide ayurveda tips throughout the evening and answer your questions.

$45 per person includes complimentary aperitif, passed hors d’oeuvres, salad,  vegetarian entrée and dessert.
BYOB or purchase wine for $10/glass

MENU

Aperitif: Welcome aperitif of GTS Citrus Kombucha

Passed Hors d’oeuvres:
Endive stuffed with honey-goat cheese
Zucchini hummus on hand-made gluten-free seed crackers (vegan)

First Course: Escarole and Radicchio Salad with Lemon Parsley-Pumpkin Seed Dressing

Entrée: Lime-Cumin Rainbow Quinoa with Avocado and Chickpeas Salad.  Plated with seasonal vegetables (vegan)

Dessert: Lemon Delight. Lemon mousse made with meyer lemons, coconut sugar, organic eggs from pasture-raised chickens and Straus Organic whipping cream

Wine by the glass ($10)
Shot of El Tesoro Hand Crafted Tequila from the highlands of Arandas, Mexico, for the kombucha aperitif ($15)
Digestive Tea (no-caffeine):

Welcome aperitif to stimulate your digestive juices. If you’ve never had kombucha, Synergy™ GT’s Classic Gingerade is an easy introduction. It has a smooth taste with natural sweetness from the fermentation process.  Note that Synergy™ GT’s Classic Gingerade may contain more than 0.5% alcohol from fermentation.

Bison Meatballs with tamarind sauce
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with lime juice (vegan)

Entrée: Dal Mahkani (made with ghee and cashew cream), pureed yams, steamed green beans
