Apr 24-26, 2015 Spring Cleanse

Ayurveda Spring Cleanse Retreat

In this weekend workshop we will do a food-based cleanse to stimulate the removal of stagnant physical and emotional energy/toxins accumulated over the winter months. Cleansing with the seasons helps to strengthen our digestive fire. It resets our internal clock to support our immune system, calm our mind and restore a youthful radiance.

The workshop will include:

  • gentle yoga
  • meditation
  • lectures
  • cooking demonstrations
  • daily meals (gluten-free and soy-free; we will be cooking with ghee)
  • VIP gift bags with sample products donated from local businesses

There will be optional “at home” cleanse assignments which will further enhance your cleanse experience and reduce stress. Tips will be provided to help maintain this rejuvenated feeling beyond the weekend class.

This course is suitable for anyone seeking improved physical, mental and spiritual health. No prior yoga/meditation/ayurveda experience required.
